At Country Bookshelf we offer an array of partnership opportunites for local schools and libraries, including author visits, book fairs, book donations, and classroom library discounts.
Author Visits
We help Bozeman schools host authors and illustrators from all around the country. If you are interested in having an author speak at your school please email our event coordinator at events@countrybookshelf.com.
Book Fairs
We also provide book fair fundraising for your school. To start the planning process please complete the Book Fair Application.
Book Donations
As a local, independent bookstore, we value all the efforts to make Bozeman and Southwest Montana a better place. We especially value efforts to increase literacy, get books in the hands of kids, and promote reading and talking about books in our community as we believe that books help to make the world a better place.
We receive dozens of donation requests every year, and to better focus our giving and our time, we have established guidelines for responding to those requests. We wish we could donate to all worthy causes, but since we are just one small business, we do have to make choices.
We consider donation requests made in writing or by email. To be considered, please submit your request using the form attached below. Once reviewed, we will notify the contact person if we are able to donate to your organization at this time and arrange for pick up of the donation.
